We collect personal data in the following ways:

When you register an account or purchase a course, eBook, or masterclass, we collect: your name, email address, and any billing information required to process payment.

Why: To create and manage your account, grant access to purchased content, and communicate with you about your orders.

Payments are processed exclusively through PayPal and the payment methods PayPal makes available at checkout (e.g. PayPal balance, linked bank accounts, debit/credit cards processed through PayPal). We do not directly collect or store your full payment card details — this information is handled by PayPal under its own privacy policy.

Why: To process your payment and fulfill your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract with you.

We may automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through standard server logs and the native functionality of WordPress and LearnDash (our learning management system).

Why: For basic site security, troubleshooting, and to operate core account and course-access features (e.g. keeping you logged in).

If you upload a profile picture (avatar) through your account page, please note that this image is stored in the site’s public media library and is accessible via a direct, public URL — it is not access-restricted the way our protected course materials are. Please avoid uploading any image you would not want to be publicly viewable.

We do not currently collect any other special category (sensitive) personal data, such as health information.

Comments are disabled site-wide at the platform level. We do not collect or store any data through a comments system, as this feature does not exist on this site.

Aside from the account avatar described in section 2.4, users do not upload publicly-accessible media files through this site. Course materials (PDFs and other downloadable files) are access-restricted to enrolled students only and are not publicly accessible.

We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) on this site.

The only cookies set on this site are the native, functional cookies required for the site to work, namely:

• WordPress cookies — used to manage your logged-in session and authentication.
• LearnDash cookies — used to track your course progress and enrollment status while you are logged in.
• PayPal cookies — set by PayPal during the checkout process, governed by PayPal’s own cookie and privacy policy.

These cookies are strictly necessary for the site’s core functionality (logging in, accessing purchased courses, completing payment) and cannot be disabled without breaking these features.

We do not currently use any analytics or website-tracking services (e.g. Google Analytics). If this changes in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly, and this section will describe the service used and how to opt out.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly as necessary to operate the site:

• PayPal — to process payments. See PayPal’s Privacy Policy for details on how PayPal handles your data.
• GoDaddy — our website hosting provider, which stores the site’s data on its servers.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with applicable law or a valid legal request.

Our website is hosted with GoDaddy. Depending on GoDaddy’s server infrastructure, your personal data may be processed and stored outside of the European Union. Where this is the case, we rely on GoDaddy’s own compliance measures and contractual safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to ensure your data continues to receive a level of protection consistent with EU data protection standards.

• Limiting the collection of personal data to what is necessary to operate the site and fulfill your orders.

No method of data transmission or storage can be guaranteed 100% secure, and any data you share with us is at your own risk.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will:

1. Assess the scope and impact of the breach as soon as we become aware of it.
2. Take immediate steps to contain the breach and mitigate any harm.
3. Notify affected users and, where legally required, the relevant supervisory authority, without undue delay.
